# Lean In Circle Opener

I was lucky enough to be in one of Sheryl's pilot Lean In Circles. Our sessions started with an 8-question meeting opener that I think is very strong. (I can't find this resource on the [current Lean In website](https://leanin.org). If someone has the old PDF, please reach out and let me know, I'd love to link to it.)

It's intense, use it in groups with high trust and ability to be vulnerable with each other. I haven't tried it with a group of more than 10. I'm not sure it would work.

## Business

### Last month (or period of time)
- Best thing that's happened
- Worst thing that's happened

### Next month (or period of time)
- What I'm most looking forward to
- What I'm most dreading

## Personal Life

### Last month (or period of time)
- Best thing that's happened
- Worst thing that's happened

### Next month (or period of time)
- What I'm most looking forward to
- What I'm most dreading

When we filled it out in a room together, it was on a sheet of paper that had a 2x4 grid like this one.
